You will be receiving the temporary password by mail.
If you have not received the temporary password please call us on 07 5595 7570 and our admin staff should be able to help you.
Use your temporary password to
register to the website and then create your own password.
If you have forgotten your login password, you can try to recover it in the
"Forgot Password" page.
If you are still unable to retrieve your password please call us and a new temporary password will be issued to you. Please note that once a temporary password is issued to you, you will have to re-register to create your own password.
Please
login into your account. From the menu select "Members" and then "Availability". Perform a search on available weeks and then select it and click "Book" button to proceed to booking.
Payments are not required online and a customer service representative will be contacting you shortly by phone / email for booking completion purposes. Please make sure that you read all the terms and conditions of the online booking system.
You can add and manage requests online. After logging in please select "Members" and then "Requests". Please fill in your request details and click submit.
The status of your booking remains "Web Hold" until the booking is paid for and processed by our reservation consultants.
The status will automatically change to "Taken" once the appropriate funds have been cleared towards the booking. At any given time you can have a maximum of 4 uncleared web bookings.
After you log in, please select "Statement" from the "Member"s menu. You can also export your statement in pdf, word or excel format from the website.
You have the option to view current statement or full statement.
